All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless an approved payment plan is in place.
Fees contribute to operational costs including venue hire, equipment, administration and program delivery.
Payment plans may be offered at the discretion of the club.
Participants must adhere to agreed payment schedules.
Failure to meet payment plan obligations may result in suspension of participation.
Sala Time Futsal Club reserves the right to:
Suspend a player from training and/or matches
Withhold registration or competition participation
Cancel registration if fees remain unpaid
Registration fees are generally non-refundable, as costs are committed by the club upon registration.
However, refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
Refunds will not typically be provided for:
Change of mind
Change in personal circumstances (e.g. scheduling conflicts)
Injury or illness after the season has commenced
Partial participation in a season
Withdrawal after registration
Refunds or partial credits may be considered at the discretion of the club in cases such as:
Serious injury prior to season commencement
Medical conditions preventing participation
Relocation or exceptional hardship
Cancellation of a program by the club
